Welcome to COFFEECONCEPT! The terms "we" and "our" refer to COFFEECONCEPT. COFFEECONCEPT operates the store and website, including all relevant information, content, functions, tools, products and services in the order, to provide you (the customer) with a carefully planned shopping experience ("service"). COFFEECONCEPT is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide the service to you.
The following service terms, together with any policies mentioned in this document (hereinafter referred to as "service terms" or "terms"), clarify your rights and responsibilities when using the service.

All product descriptions may be subject to change at any time without prior notice. The final interpretation rights belong to us. We reserve the right to stop providing any products at any time and may limit the quantity of any products available to anyone, any region, or any jurisdiction as the situation requires. 
Part 3 - Order
When you place an order, you are making a purchase offer. COFFEECONCEPT reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order will only be considered valid after it has been confirmed and accepted by COFFEECONCEPT. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please carefully review your order before submitting it. Once your order is accepted, COFFEECONCEPT may not be able to accept requests to cancel the order. If we do not accept, change or cancel the order, we will attempt to contact you through the email, billing address and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.
Your purchase can only be returned or exchanged according to our refund policy [link].
You represent and warrant that your purchase is for your personal or household use only and is not for commercial resale or export. 
Section 4 - Prices and Bills
Prices, discounts, and promotional activities may change without further notice. The price of a product or service is the effective price at the time of placing an order and is listed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, the marked price does not include taxes, shipping fees, processing fees, customs duties, or import charges.
The prices published in our online store may differ from those in physical stores, online stores operated by third parties, or other stores. We may from time to time offer service promotions, which may affect pricing and are subject to the terms of these service provisions. If the promotional terms conflict with these terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.
You agree to provide us with the latest, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information when making purchases in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card number, and expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.
You represent and warrant (1) that the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (2) that you have formally authorized the use of this credit card for purchases, (3) that your credit card company will bear the costs incurred by you, and (4) that you will pay the costs incurred by you, including shipping and handling fees, as well as all applicable taxes (if any), at the published prices. 
Section 5 - Delivery and Distribution
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery and distribution. All delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or situations beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss are transferred to you. 
Section 6 - Intellectual Property
Our services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, display content, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audio, as well as their designs, selections, and arrangements, are owned by COFFEECONCEPT, its affiliates, or the licensing party, and are protected by US and foreign patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property laws.
This clause only permits you to use the services for personal non-commercial purposes. Without our prior written consent, you are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, perform publicly, re-release, download, store, or transmit any materials in the service. Except as expressly stated, nothing in this clause shall be construed as granting you any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property license or other rights from COFFEECONCEPT, Shopify, or any third party. Unauthorized use of this service may violate federal and state intellectual property laws. COFFEECONCEPT reserves all rights not expressly granted in this agreement.
The name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans of COFFEECONCEPT or its affiliates or licensing party are trademarks of COFFEECONCEPT or its affiliates or licensing party. Without the prior written permission of COFFEECONCEPT, you may not use such trademarks. The name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing in the service are the trademarks of their respective owners. 
Section 7 - Optional Tools
You may be granted access to customer tools provided by third parties. These tools are part of the service, but we neither monitor nor control these tools, nor do we make any intervention.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools in their "as is" and "available" state, without any form of guarantee, statement or condition, nor do we make any endorsement. We shall not be liable for any responsibility arising from or related to your use of optional third-party tools.
Using any optional tools provided by this website is at your own risk and at your own discretion. You must ensure that you are familiar with and agree to the terms provided by the relevant third-party provider.
In the future, we may also provide new features through the service (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features should also be regarded as part of the service and be subject to these service terms.

COFFEECONCEPT is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide services to you. However, any sales and purchases made by you in our store are directly with COFFEECONCEPT. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales conducted between you and COFFEECONCEPT, including any injuries, damages or losses resulting from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly waive any claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases or transactions with COFFEECONCEPT.

Some personal information may be affected by Shopify's privacy policy, and relevant information can be found here. By using this service, you indicate that you have read and understood this privacy policy.
Since the service is hosted by Shopify, Shopify will handle personal information related to your access and use of the service in order to provide the service and improve it. The information you submit to the service will be transmitted to Shopify and possibly to third parties located in countries/regions outside your residence in order to provide the service. You agree that your feedback will not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or member rights. You also agree that your feedback shall not contain defamatory or other illegal, abusive or obscene content, nor shall it contain any computer viruses or other malicious software that may affect the operation of the service or any related website. You are not permitted to directly or indirectly access or use this service for the following purposes: (1) any illegal or malicious purpose; (2) violating any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, statutes, laws or local ordinances; (3) infringing or violating our intellectual property rights or those of others; (4) harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slander, intimidating or harming any of our employees or any other person; (5) spreading false or misleading information; (6) sending, knowingly receiving, uploading, downloading, using or repeatedly using any materials that do not comply with these terms; (7) sending or encouraging the sending of any advertisements or promotional materials, including any "spam", "chain letters", "junk information" or any other similar promotional content; (8) impersonating or attempting to impersonate any other person or entity; or (9) engaging in any other behavior that restricts or hinders the use or enjoyment of the service by any person, or any behavior that we consider may harm COFFEECONCEPT, Shopify or the interests of service users, or make them liable.
Furthermore, you agree not to: (1) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code, which will or may affect the functionality or operation of the service in any way; (2) copy, duplicate, extract, sell, resell or utilize any part of the service; (3) collect or track the personal information of others; (4) send spam, phishing emails, deceptive emails or abuse the service under any pretext; (5) use any robots, web crawlers, scrapers, data collection and extraction tools, automatic devices or processes, AI tools (such as agent-based AI), or access the service in any automatic or manual manner; or (6) interfere with, bypass or circumvent the security, authorization functions, robot exclusion headers or other measures we have taken to restrict access to the service. If we believe that you have violated any part of these terms, we have the right to suspend, disable or terminate your account at any time without prior notice.

14.1 If you use, permit, enable or cause the deployment of an agent to access, use any service or interact with any service, then this section ("Agent Terms") shall apply. "Agent" refers to any software or service that can act on behalf of any individual or entity or take autonomous or semi-autonomous actions in accordance with the instructions of any individual or entity, and can execute or use the individual's device on behalf of the individual or entity without direct supervision.
14.2 No agent shall access, use a service or interact with it unless it always indicates its own identity and strictly follows the rules.
